Country Story Contest “My Farm” Annouced Today- Win 2000 Playfish Cash Coins!

Thats right you heard correctly first prize is 2000 Playfish cash coins !!! Not to mention all the runner-up prize amounts this is defiantly one of the most rewarding contests Playfish has had to date. Country Story Adds New Quests With Unique Decoration Rewards

Howdy from the Fish Tank herd !! Farmers grab out your new super speedy  plows and start planting some seeds you don’t want to miss out on these. Playfish has recently added new quests to Country Story.  Once you complete the quests you will be rewarded with one of  these cute decorations. Although the quests are a tad on the larger scale than recent ones I’d say its well worth the extra hard work on your farms. So far I’ve only collected the Farmers Lamb with the all “Full Time Farmer i Quest”  and currently working on “Full Time Farmers ii Quest” and not finding it that difficult to achieve them at all. Once you complete the task you can find your unique decoration under the decorations tab. If it doesn’t appear right away don’t panic some users have experience a short delay on receiving them. While reading  through the Forum I couldn’t find any mention of it being for limited time only so my understanding is these are a permanent addition to the game.  What are you waiting for get to work!!!!

Country Story Goes East

Well another great week of releases in Playfish’s Country Story i see! This week is Japanese and just seeing some of those delectable decorations are enough to make me feel hungry for more. with new fencing and decorations you certainly will feel spoilt for choice on what to buy first and then they really see if your up for the challenge by adding new magic trees as well.
The tree house tamarillo will be enough to cast the oldest person back to the days of fun and frolic and the dragon date looks so good even i want to date it now but then i have always had a thing for spike. Go on, take a look and you will see what i mean 😉
so if you fancy a walk through a peaceful garden then get on down there and see if you can take up the challenge of peace and relaxation.

Playfish Annouces Donation Site For Haiti Disaster Relief Via Mercy Corps

Playfish announced today to all its fans a means to Safely donate funds to the People affected by the Haiti disaster. If $100,000 in donations are made via their page over the next two weeks, Playfish will give every player in Pet Society, Restaurant City and Country Story a special item as their way of saying thank you. To Shake Or Not To Shake Friends Trees in Country Story Is The Question ….

But what is the answer?

Lately I’ve noticed alot of people posting in their Facebook status’s alot of anger in people shaking their tree’s in Playfish’s online Facebook app Country Story.  I personaly hate waking up to rotton fruit and the fruit flies those pesky flies are hard to get rid of  lol !!!

On a serious note (yes I am capable of that at times)I recommend that people check if the person who’s trees they want to shake to complete their quest is online before doing so chances are that person will give you the go ahead to shake them. By doing this you get to complete your quest and the person who owns the trees gets to collect their fruit before it rots, in the end it’s a win – win situation.

Some people will argue that it is part of the game so it makes it ok, but that doesn’t mean you should toss your common curtsy for your fellow player out the window or you may find yourself with no friends left to play your games with 😉
